3est nasce da Malvasia, Trebbiano e Roscetto, le uve della tradizione di Montefiascone. Non cerca attenzione, ma accompagna. Al naso è delicato e leggero, con note sottili di frutta e fiori bianchi. Al palato è scorrevole e pulito, con una freschezza immediata e una chiusura agile che non stanca. Con una gradazione alcolica che invita al secondo bicchiere, colore paglierino tenue e profumi misurati: tutto è calibrato per stare a tavola senza sovrastare.
