3est is made from Malvasia, Trebbiano, and Roscetto, the traditional grapes of Montefiascone. It doesn't seek attention, but rather accompanies. The nose is delicate and light, with subtle notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate, it is smooth and clean, with immediate freshness and a supple finish that never tires. With an alcohol content that invites a second glass, a pale straw color, and restrained aromas: everything is calibrated to sit at the table without overpowering.
