These General Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of food and wine products (mainly bottled wine) marketed through this e-commerce site, owned by’La Nobra Winery Farm by NATALINA BRACOLONI.

Customer: The user (Consumer or Professional) who places a purchase order on the site.
Territorial scope: These conditions and shipping apply exclusively to purchases made within Italy.
In compliance with the laws in force regarding the sale of alcohol, purchases on the site are reserved exclusively for persons who have reached the age of 18 years of age. By placing an order, the Customer guarantees that he or she is of legal age and that the person receiving the Products will also be over 18 years of age. The Seller reserves the right to verify the recipient's age at the time of delivery or during registration.
The sales contract is considered concluded when the Customer sends the electronic order following the guided procedure on the site and the system sends a Order Confirmation Email to the address indicated by the Customer.
The images and descriptions of the wines and bottles faithfully reproduce the actual products. However, labels or vintages may be subject to minor variations due to production cycles or graphic updates; the images are therefore intended for illustrative purposes only.
In the event of sudden and simultaneous unavailability of an ordered product, Cantina La Nobra will promptly inform the Customer, proposing a replacement or proceeding with an immediate refund of the amount paid.
All product prices on the site are expressed in Euros (€) and are intended inclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and clearly indicated before final order confirmation.
Payment can be made using the secure methods indicated during checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). Your order will only be processed upon receipt of payment.
Deliveries are made via express couriers specialized in wine transport, in special break-proof packaging.
Delivery times normally vary between 2 and 5 working days from the date of shipment of the goods, barring unforeseen circumstances or remote areas.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the package. In the event of obvious damage to the packaging or the sound of breaking glass, the Customer must accept the package with specific reservations written on the courier's bill or refuse it, immediately informing Cantina La Nobra by email at info@cantinalanobra.it.
If you purchase as a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days from receipt of the products.
In accordance with Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code, you can activate your right of withdrawal quickly and without having to log in:

Alternatively, you can still send any explicit written declaration via email to info@cantinalanobra.it or by registered mail to one of the physical addresses indicated in Art. 1.
After submitting the request, you must return the products at your own expense within 14 days at the following address:

Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, the bottles must not have been opened, tampered with, or damaged.
We will refund you the full amount paid for the products returned within 14 days from the moment you notify us of your decision to withdraw. The refund also includes the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase, at the standard rate (i.e., the cheapest shipping method we offer). The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the initial purchase.
Note: Refunds may be withheld until the products are actually received at our warehouse or until you provide proof of shipment.
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If a bottle should present a defect (e.g. "cork smell"), the Customer is invited to keep the bottle with at least 3/4 of the contents and with the original cork and to report the problem to info@cantinalanobra.it. The company will review the case and proceed with replacing the bottle or issuing a discount coupon.
The sales contract governed by these Conditions is subject to Italian law.
For any dispute arising from these conditions, if the Customer is a Consumer, the sole competent court is the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. In other cases, the competent court will be that of Viterbo (VT).
